There are so many grocery conferences happening throughout the year from general food retail shows to specific speciality products like snacks, seafood, florals and more. This is your guide to figuring out which conferences might be right for you to attend. There is a short summary about each of the conferences happening the rest of the 2025 and into 2026. 2025 Shows
Natural Products Expo West – March 4-7 -The ultimate conference to see the newest products and trends in the Health and Beauty, Organic and Natural Products and Speciality Foods space. 2026 Shows
NRF’s “Big Show” – TBD – National Retail Federation’s annual conference that is a “game changer” event for the retail industry to share invaluable insights and show off the newest innovation. Great for investors, suppliers, brands, SMEs, entrepreneurs, industry leaders and experts in the retail industry. A central hub for industry professionals to provide insights, connections and strategies.
SFA Winter Fancy Food Show – TBD – The food show where tastemakers in retail, distribution, and food services share a “first look” (newest and best) of products and ideas coming to shelves throughout the year. A place where buyers can find their next bestsellers. This food show if filled with sampling, networking, and education to help one’s business grow.
FMI’s Midwinter Executive Conference – Jan. 21-24 – An exclusive event bringing together executives in the food retail and wholesale industry with their supplier and service provider partners to help shape the future of the food retail industry. It is a conference that provides resources for Grocery Industry leaders with a mix of panels, private executive meetings and social events.
The NGA Show – TBD – AKA the National Grocers Association Show is a premier event for the independent grocery industry. The show brings together grocery retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers and suppliers for educational sessions and workshops as well as over 350 exhibits. It blends learning, networking and product discover to provide actionable insights and showcase what is next for independent grocers.
