Röckenwagner Bakery takes pride in delivering fresh artisan bread, pretzels, and pastries using only clean, all-natural ingredients. The best way to translate this dedication and innovation was through a brand re-design with LA-based branding and packaging team, The Creative Pack.  

The new brand collateral features a clear vision and voice: fresh, innovative, clean, and unique. Even more, Röckenwagner Bakery refresh was recently recognized by ‘American Graphic Design & Advertising Awards 32’ for their outstanding design in the following cateogories: website, business cards, and packaging.

Phase 1 of the Röckenwagner Bakery redesign began with The Creative Pack updating the well-known R logomark to better represent the brand vision and resonate with their dedicated LA audience. The tagline “Fresh Ideas, Baked Daily” was also developed to represent the brand’s core purpose. This idea of fresh innovation became a guiding force throughout the redesign. This phase also included rolling out the new brand aesthetic onto other print collateral – bread bags & labels, business cards, point of sale, café collateral, sell sheets, etc. 

Phase 2 of the Röckenwagner Bakery redesign involved a complete overhaul of their website and social media accounts. The goal was to incorporate the new brand elements, but also to improve the framework and function of the entire website.  

The new platform is innovative and intuitive and now presents an easy to use, visually pleasing experience. The use of simple navigational tools in unexpected configurations goes beyond the norm for a well-established Bakery like Röckenwagner. This contemporary approach aligns with Röckenwagner’s brand vision of fresh innovation. The website now features a stunningly graphic product catalog for wholesale customers to peruse, as well as artfully composed photography to tell their intriguing visual story.
